He earned a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement, and went on to serve as a police officer in Charleston.
Wagner’s first major NFL opportunity came with the Seattle Seahawks. In 2012, he was selected by the team in the NFL draft. He has a total of eight Pro Bowls. This is his third contract with the team. The new deal offers Wagner a five-year, $50 million deal. It will reportedly pay him $8 million per year.
