Never go to Bed Angry

We know this one is easier said than done, especially if you are arguing later in the evening or night. It becomes so easy to just go to bed fuming and mad at the person that means so much to you. However, if you continue going to bed angry, it gets easier to wake up one morning after the other while ignoring the ongoing problem.
